Disability Action Week (23-30 November 2025) is almost here — and XLH Australia is ready to Communicate. Connect. Create. This year’s theme is more than a slogan. It’s a call to action, and we’re answering with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of community power.

And the theme (Communicate. Connect. Create) couldn’t be more aligned with XLH Australia’s mission: . It’s a celebration of accessible communication, inclusive connection, and the power of creativity to drive change.

At XLH Australia, we know that rare disease advocacy is disability advocacy. And this week, we’re showing what that looks like — loud, proud, and unapologetically inclusive.

We’re breaking down barriers with bold, accessible messaging. From screen-reader-friendly resources to neurodiverse-friendly layouts, our materials are designed so everyone can engage, learn, and lead. Because when communication is accessible, community becomes unstoppable.

We’re amplifying voices across the XLH community — from young people navigating healthcare transitions to families advocating for better support. Every story shared is a bridge built. Every connection made is a step toward equity.

We’re not just raising awareness. We’re creating tools, campaigns, and conversations that empower. This week, we’re rolling out new graphics, launching fresh resources, and spotlighting the creativity that fuels our movement.
