IDPwD is a United Nations observed day aimed at increasing public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability.

It’s also a time to celebrate the contributions and achievements of people with disability and promote inclusion within the community including workplaces.

XLH is a debilitating rare disease that affects every bone in the body. There is no cure but there are treatments to manage symptoms. We are hopeful that new treatments will be made available to our community in the near future.

XLH Australia is a patient support group that works with medical practitioners and government agencies to advocate for new and improved treatments for the XLH community.
